Cobwebs From The Tomb

It is my assertion that Order #322 Skull & Bones at Yale is simply a cell working within a much larger occult conspiratorial matrix. As with all cellular based organizations, initiates (or even whole organizations) lower on the pyramid are on an informational “need to know” basis doled out begrudgingly by their immediate superior. This person in turn only knows what his mystagogue tells him, and so on and so forth until you get to the nexus of the conspiracy, or the spider weaving the global web. Thus we have a lot of initiates on the lower rungs of the pyramid who have no idea as to who is truly calling the shots or what the targets even are. These neophytes are unaware that there is any sort of global ambitions to their weekly drinking club or mystic religion. This makes the conspiracy easier to keep under the covers and reduces liability of those who haven’t learned to keep their mouths shut or proven themselves useful for more than their monthly and annual dues. These initiates are given one version of the secrets, and the story changes progressively as the initiate climbs the steps of the pyramid towards the top; the only ones who know the true story are standing on the apex of the pyramid looking down, and even then they come to find that they have yet another pyramid to climb.

Keeping that in mind, one can imagine the dearth of information trickling down the steps of the pyramid to one who is not an initiate. The only way to truly analyze the goals and aims of a covert organization is through an analysis of its members and their actions and philosophies. This can prove to be a fruitful though daunting exercise that if diligently pursued results in a cartoon sketch of the forces being amassed to forward this worldwide domination.

An analogy to research being conducted on this global conspiracy can be drawn from Steven Hawkins attempt to explain Science’s current understanding of M-Theory, which constitutes a scientific Theory Of Everything (TOE):

This theory doesn’t have a single formulation, at least as far as we know. Instead we have discovered a network of apparently different theories that all seem to be approximations to the same underlying fundamental theory…M-theory is like a jigsaw [puzzle]: it is easiest to identify and fit together the pieces round the edges of the jigsaw…We now have a fairly good Idea of these edges but there is still a gaping hole at the center of the M-theory jigsaw where we don’t know what is going on. We can’t really claim to have found the Theory of Everything until we have filled that hole” (Hawking 2001, p. 175).

Most forwarded hypotheses, act as sort of sociological equivalent to the Theory Of Everything. The problem being with these theories, simply put, is that there is currently nowhere near enough available relevant evidence in the public arena to put forth a viable hypothesis on the absolute structure of a global conspiracy. The result of such premature hypothesis, more often then not, leads to a special “pet theory” which the researcher is then to forced to defend to retain his/her intellectual integrity and revenue source. In effect it places intellectual blinders on the researcher, which they defend with special pleading and usage of evidence that only supports their theory. We are, however, beset with an avalanche of evidence to prove that such a conspiracy does truly exist, and we have dug up enough bones to fashion a rudimentary skeleton of the operation from existent information.

There is a preponderance of evidence that points towards an occult origin to the global elites societies. Whether it be the Order of Skull & Bones, The Bohemian Club, Rosicrucian’s, The Bavarian Illuminate, The Golden Dawn, O.T.O., Freemasonry, etc., you find that a vast majority of politicians at all levels are members of some society which is esoterically based, for instance anywhere from 17 to 50 of the original 56 signers of the declaration of independence were known to be Freemasons. To understand the meaning behind all of this secrecy one must comprehend the structure of the world religions.

Every religion contains at the very least two basic levels of mythos; a) that which is exoteric or known by the general public, and b) that which is esoteric or known only by a select cadre of initiates deemed worthy to be let into the inner sanctum or deeper mysteries. Christianity, for instance, has many different exoteric guises i.e. Lutheran, Catholic, Protestant, ad infinitum. Christianity also has several esoteric institutions such as medieval alchemy, the Rosicrucian’s, the Knights Templar, and the Knights of Malta etc… These esoteric institutions are in fact a step up the proverbial pyramid, and attempt to explain the allegorical symbolism behind the crucifixion, the trinity, the fall of Lucifer, etc.

Much as the exoteric forms of various world religions have concurrent themes (i.e. the world savior, the trickster, the fire bringer, the demiurge, the deluge…etc) thus the esoteric share many of these themes and also have concurrent themes all their own (Metempsychosis, Illumination, Astrology, Numerology, the lost continent, etc…). The esoteric institutions are known worldwide as “the mysteries” and act as a funnel for the inquisitive, promising the truths of life and death to those keen of mind and true of heart.

In true Jungian archetypal fashion each esoteric order is, in a sense, a different mask covering one aspect of a bifrons or double face. Within these orders are different levels of initiates moving slowly up the pyramid until you reach the adepts or masters at the top. Of course the whole process turns out to be like a set of Russian dolls in reverse. Imagine a neophyte Catholic parishioner at the base of the first and smallest pyramid who gets interested in occultism and joins freemasonry. Eventually our initiate reaches the 33º, (ostensibly the highest degree of in some rites of freemasonry, most freemasons stay in the Blue degrees or first three). It is at this point that our initiate (if he were promising) would be approached by a member of a deeper mystery who would then inform him that everything up until that point had been still a half truth and would then initiate him into a new cosmic paradigm. Thus our initiate would embark on another pyramid in another paradigm, struggling towards the apex, only to find that he had yet another, and another, and another, ad infinitum to scale.

The higher and higher an initiate climbs they come to find out that the leadership at the top of these organizations is shared between groups, and in fact many if not all are controlled by a central council of adepts who in turn owe their allegiances to some unknown entity. Thus these adepts or grand masters through the mysteries (which are seemingly disparate orders are all connected at the highest levels) are able to manipulate different organizations against one another achieving the appearance of autonomy. Though they may seem diametrically opposed this cabal plays each group off of the other in classic Hegelian dialectic procedure, like a lone chess player moving pawns in the park.

The mysteries are useful to those seeking to control the world, as they are effective forms of indoctrination, mind control, and quite effective on insuring loyalty and silence. At each degree of initiation the initiate is told a different story as complex and colorful as a whole exoteric religion. Each step of the way this cosmic drama is transmogrified, rearranged, and reworked. At the apex of the pyramid, many times the polarity or negative of the whole scene is invoked, and one travels on a dark path. Thus we find those who worship the destructive side of God (The Devil, Baal, Lucifer, Moloch, etc…) as the true savior of mankind. It is just such a paradigm from which our world elite are spawned. However as we shall see, in the esoteric universe nothing is cut and dry, everything is a cosmic dance of black and white, good and evil, and life and death.

Regardless of ones personal beliefs, it is important to understand that these initiates believe in gods, devils, angels, and demons. It is also necessary to understand that these beliefs and deities are not of orthodox nature. When researching the mystery schools you quickly find yourself on the other side of the looking glass. Many researchers commit their first and most fatal error in attempting to piece the jigsaw puzzle from the inside out believing they have found the nexus of the conspiracy when is truth all they have stumbled upon is a red herring (a practice whereby a fish is draw across a spoor to confuse hunting dogs) which leads to a dead end in the ceaselessly meandering labyrinth.

Unfortunately forgotten by most, is the lesson learned by Theseus during his battle with the Minotaur; one should always carry a silver spool of thread into a maze. As fools they run headlong into the pitfalls designed to catch the uninitiated off guard. Suffering from myopic vision, and lacking the guile of Hansel and Gretel, these researchers more oft then not end up in an oven stoked by coals of their own hubris.

To that end I am endeavoring to follow the edges of the jigsaw puzzle towards the center until the footing becomes too unsure and I am forced to back off from the precipice of unfounded speculation. In essence this book is being written backwards, from exoteric research of the Bush family connections and its link to an esoteric greater global conspiracy.

The Order of Death or Skull & Bones (Order 332 of a much larger organization), California’s Bohemian Club makes up a small but semi-visible piece of the puzzle, one however which holds prominent members that have an immense impact on contemporary society. I must underscore this point; The Order is but a spider web within a greater matrix of spider webs which are consequently connected to a global cobweb spun by an invisible cabal known as the “New World Order” in researchers argot. Only the father spider knows how large of a role order #322 of the Skull & Bones plays in the global conspiracy, yet from the available relevant evidence we are able to prove that it does in fact play a quite visible and ostensibly powerful role.

To ascertain the goals of Order 322 first we must ascertain the philosophical underpinnings of their politics. According to Anthony Sutton the Orders political philosophy is based upon the philosophy of the German Philosopher Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel (1770-1831), this contention is consistent with a cursory scanning of occult doctrines, which, produces a dualistic worldview.

Hegel, considered one of the most influential thinkers of the 19th century, sought a philosophical system based entirely upon logic. Hegel envisioned the whole of reality to be the domain of philosophy. This domain he termed the absolute, and believed that it was philosophy’s mission to clarify the internal rational structure of the absolute, demonstrate its workings, and decipher its purpose. Hegel envisioned the absolute as pure mind, spirit, or thought, which was in the process of self-actualization. The way that this development was achieved was through a dialectic process in which change, movement, or progress is brought about through the conflict of polarities or opposites. “Hegel further believed that all things owe their existence to their opposites and that all opposites are actually identical. Thus the only existence is the relationship of opposites to each other, through whose combinations new elements are produced”(Hall 2000, p. XVII). The elite utilizes this doctrine by controlling and manipulating the stress between the polarities in order to bring about the desired outcome.

It is important to note that upon Hegel’s death his students duly divided up into two camps, the right and the left. The right wing of Hegel’s followers took a more conservative approach to his philosophies, attempting to reconcile them with the orthodoxy of Christianity and mainstream politics. Sutton explains: The right Hegelians, were the roots of Prussian militarism and the spring for the unification of Germany and the rise of Hitler”(Sutton 2002, p. 63) The left wing of Hegel’s followers, however, became political revolutionaries who leaned towards atheism, replacing Hegel’s philosophical idealism with materialism. The most notable of those influenced by left wing Hegelianism where Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels co-authors of the communist manifesto.

The implications of the split between the Hegelian camps would bear to fruit two nations, which would be at war and ostensibly diametrically opposed, yet share a common underlying philosophy that extols the supremacy of the state. As we shall come to see these seemingly diametrically opposed sides also shared common financial backers playing both sides to their own ends in true Hegelian dialectic process.

According to Sutton “the operational history of the Order can only be understood within a framework of the Hegelian dialectic process. Quite simply this is the notion that conflict creates history. From this axiom it follows that controlled conflict can create a predetermined history” (Sutton 2002, p. 115) In other words by funding and controlling both sides of a war, the financiers get wealthy and can further their global aims. “In Hegelian terms, an existing force (the thesis) generates a counterforce (the antithesis). Conflict between the two forces results in the forming of a SYNTHESIS. Then the process starts all over again: Thesis vs. antithesis results in synthesis” (Sutton 2002, p. 115). The struggle between the Axis and the Allies in World War II is a glaring example of this philosophy set into practice. By funding the “enemy” (as we shall see later on), organizations like the Skull and Bones society are able to further their own goals.

The question therefore arises; what are the global aims of secret orders like the Skull and Bones, the Bohemian Club, and the Bavarian Illuminati? The answer is really quite simple and obvious when rephrased as; what have men who thirst for power sought since time immemorial? The answer: global domination. The problem with attaining global domination throughout history is that people don’t want to be slaves to a big brother society. Thus the people must be manipulated into wanting if not begging for this society. This goal must be brought about in small baby steps over a long period of time punctuated by major conflicts, which bring about major change in the global political scheme and thus giant steps towards the endgame. After the conflagration had settled after World War II a major step towards global control was taken with the formation of the United Nations. As Sutton succinctly summarizes:

The Synthesis sought by the establishment is called the New World Order. Without controlled conflict the New World Order will not come about. Random individual actions of persons in society would not lead to this synthesis, it’s artificial, therefore it has to be created. And this is being done with the calculated, managed, use of conflict. And all the while this synthesis is being sought, there is no profit in playing the involved parties against one another. This explains why the International bankers backed the Nazis, the Soviet Union, North Korea, North Vietnam, ad naseum, against the United States. The “conflict” built profits while pushing the world ever closer to One World Government. The process continues today. (Sutton 2002, p. 115)

The only problem with the above analysis of the blueprint for the New World Order is that there are immense profits to be made by playing the parties against one another. For instance, (as we shall see later) when the government seized W. Averell Harriman’s Union Banking Corporation under the “Trading With The Enemy Act”, both Averell’s brother Roland and Prescott Bush received $1.5 Million dollars for their trouble in addition to being able to keep whatever profits they had accrued by funding the Nazi’s dress rehearsal for the global New World Order.

This thesis/antithesis/synthesis process is also mirrored in the left/right/independent political spectrum. From a close inspection of the membership of the Skull and bones one finds names, which fall in all areas within the political paradigm, for instance Averell Harrimann is a “democrat”, while George Bush is a Republican. This serves numerous purposes a) it makes the goals and philosophies of the elite harder to decipher. b) It gives voters the illusion of freedom of choice between candidate’s c) it allows the formation of a third choice just when the moment is most opportune to induce a punctuated equilibrium which answers the citizens demands for a salve or panacea for their problems.

This processes has never been so apparent as during the 2004 United Sates Presidential election, which pitted George Walker Bush versus John Forbes Kerry. Both are initiates (Kerry 1966 & Bush 1968) of Order 322 Skull & Bones based at Yale University. The Order only “taps” 15 promising elite students a year. The graduating Bonesman then initiates the neophytes, whom are juniors at the time. Thus Kerry played the mystagogue to Bush’s mystagogue. The Bones are a very close-knit group being that they all share the same oaths and fidelities and that there is only approximately a thousand living Order #322 Bonesman in the world at any given time. Bush most certainly had an acquaintance if not friendship with Kerry from an early age and they both without doubt share the worldview that the Order paints for them. When questioned whether or not the fact that both candidates were members of a secret society would constitute a conflict of interests during the 2004 Presidential campaign, both Kerry and Bush were very terse, abruptly changing the subject back to prepackaged campaign rhetoric.

We now have a choice in this democracy which mask the demon wears and which will secure our shackles. As we near the New World Order endgame, the beast begins to show its scales, thus we have a general unveiling of some of the mysteries to the hoi polloi. We can see that the Presidential thesis and antithesis is controlled by the Order on major media sources, yet this issue is reduced to a meaningless factoid to diffuse the issue. Our only unsolved riddle is the composition of the synthesis and the topography of the endgame.

These new synthesizes arrive at moments in history when people are in a fearful or warlike hysteria such as the burning of the Reichstag in Germany, or the erosion of the United States constitution after the events of September 11th 2001. Throughout the past century the new synthesis paradigms have been of ever more insidiously covert forms of control. Controlling the population through fear and incessant propagandizing to the point where they are openly asking for more control by the state at the cost of their own liberty. Sadly through this systemized corrosion of what little freedom we have had has produced a world where political pundits openly speculate whether or not to trade liberty for safety. Given the philosophies of those who control the media and therefore the minds of the majority, we can be assured what the greater part of Americans will choose if the decision is to be decided in a referendum, which it won’t be. Keeping this in mind as we march closer to the New World Order, I would ask that the reader keep the words of Benjamin Franklin (high level initiate) in mind: “They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety” I would add to Franklins quote by inserting another stanza: they that trade privacy for safety will find in the end they lost both in the transaction for nothing more than a fistful of “magic” beans. What Franklin was saying in veiled occult terms, is simply that we are too stupid to breath, therefore they shall control every breath we take.
We now turn our lidless eye towards another piece of the occult puzzle: George Orwell’s prophetic dystopia, 1984.

Sanity Is Not Statistical
Who controls the past, controls the future: who controls the present controls the past
These days one can hardly read any clearly thought-out (free from the left-right paradigm) political forecast without finding a reference to George Orwell’s 1984. The key point that is missing in almost all cases is an explanation of that fictitious world and its relation to the present day state of affairs. This is a situation I will presently remedy.
1984 is an alternate reality envisioned by Orwell, which evolves after a nuclear war in the 1950’s. In a classic Hegelian dialectic maneuver the world has congealed into three superstates; Eurasia, Oceania, and Eastasia which are constantly at war with one or the other. The books protagonist, Winston Smith, is a citizen of Oceania, a totalitarian/socialistic society that demands strict adherence to party guidelines. Their are no laws, persay, in Oceania however citizens are kept strictly in line by the ever-watching eye of big brother and the thought police. Every party member has a telesceen (a sort of two way television) in their homes, which they are unable to turn off which monitors their every move and even tries to ascertain their thoughts through facial and body movements for traces of thought crimes. In true Gestapo form everyone is an informant, neighbor’s spy on neighbors, children are taught to spy against their family, spouses even turn each other in.
The government of Oceania is divided into four ministries: “the Ministry of Truth, which concerned itself with news, entertainment education, and the fine arts; the Ministry of Peace which concerned itself with war; the Ministry of Love, which maintained law and order; and the Ministry of Plenty, which was responsible for economic affairs”(Orwell 1949, p. 4).
It is interesting to note the inverse meaning to the names of these ministries which, through the usage of the Hegelian dialectic, plays off of the relationship of opposites to each other; the Ministry of Peace makes war, the Ministry of Love controls the populace, the Ministry of Plenty keeps the people in a state of perpetual poverty, while the Ministry of Truth deals only in lies and propaganda. Through the play on polarities it would seem Orwell is hinting at the thesis-v-antithesis process though which new elements are produced in the form of a new synthesis comprised of elements of the latter two and new tidbits of control. By speeding the whole process up, Orwell has shown that Big Brother is able to fine tune this process until presumably the ultimate synthesis is attained: total thought control.
The first hint of agencies of our government taking this route are beginning to show through, thanks in no little part to the Harriman and Bush clans which have a solid grounding in the Order of the Skull & Bones. Through the antithesis of terrorism we have seen the birth of the department of homeland security, which is quickly turning into the department of enslavement, and the Total Information Awareness agency or Information Awareness Office (IAO = 666) with its all seeing capstone (Nunquam Dormio – Never Sleeping) sleeplessly scouring the earth for traders.
Winston works in the Ministry of Truth where his job is to alter and destroy any evidence that the past which is in anyway different from the official party line. Major license is taken by big brother as the past is constantly rewritten to better conform with the parties current view of history as they reach further and further back, claiming the invention of the airplane, steam engine…etc. In this endeavor famous poetry, novels, and history books are rewritten as the obsolete ones are purged from history. By controlling mankind’s view of himself the subjugators task is made infinitely more effortless.
Finally we come to one of the more contemporarily significant aspects of 1984, the lynch pin, which holds this hell together: perpetual war. Oceania oscillates alliances and enemies in a triadic war that is un-winnable. The people are whipped up into war frenzy during the compulsory daily “Two Minutes Hate” program in which they were subjected to overt mind control. There is even a hate week, a holiday in which unabashed hatred is spewed out by the populace at their enemy Eurasia, the culmination of which constitutes one of the most poignant scenes in the book.
At the final rally of Hate Week it is announced that Oceania is at war with Eastasia not Eurasia and always has been. It is this moment that the reader sees just how complete the mind control is over the people in Orwell’s vision. The citizen, in a dialectic manner, is forced to invert his mind control program in an instant that which took years to solidify (the top of the pyramid being the bottom, the Devil being the savior). Amazingly it goes off without a hitch since the people are trained in the art of doublethink, which consists of “an unending series of victories over your own memory…Reality Control…”(Orwell 1949, p. 35)
The whole incident is blamed on Big Brothers antithesis Goldstein who advocates “freedom of speech, freedom of the press, freedom of assembly, freedom of thought”(Orwell 1949, p.12) Interestingly in true Hegelian fashion the reader eventually finds out that Goldstein and his mythical “Brotherhood” (codename for all occult organizations) are myths perpetuated by Big Brother himself in order to root out sympathizers as yet another mind control tool. Coupled with the perpetual war and the perpetual trader within our own borders, Orwell has envisioned a permanent dialectic process, whereby control is slowly solidified through the agent of constant polarity shifts. Therefore those who would oppose and hate Big Brother are brainwashed in classic MKUltra (codename for CIA mind control program) methods into eventually loving and supporting him.
We now find ourselves in the early stages of a perpetual war, which George Orwell envisioned almost half a century ago and the debate has already begun on whether to trade away privacy for safety. The “War on Terror” can be likened to the “War on Drugs” launched in the 1980’s, the same people fighting it are also funding it in order to wrest greater control over the minds of the subjugated population. As we near the endgame of the “New World Order” we can expect the pace of thesis/antithesis/synthesis to quicken perhaps even congealing into a dystopia not unlike Orwell’s 1984. The US “War on Terror” is quickly showing itself to be an Orwellian Terror War on us, the hoi polloi, the cattle.
Who is at war with us one may rightly ask; the privileged caste of humanity, which wishes to remain privileged, yet have found it increasing difficult to remain so with the advent of the industrial revolution and the technology age. Since signing of the Magna Carta in 1215 the powers that be have been forced to find new avenues of retaining their power and privilege. This became increasingly difficult with the advent of the industrial revolution which promised for the lower classes an end to their toil, the dawning of a new age which contained and a return to the eutopic garden of Eden. In Orwell’s words:
If leisure and security were enjoyed by all alike, the great mass of human beings who are normally stupefied by poverty would become literate and would learn to think for themselves: and once they had done this, they would sooner or later realize that the privileged minority had no function and they would sweep it away. In the long run, a hierarchical society was only possible on a basis of poverty and ignorance. (Orwell 1949, p. 190)
Thus warfare according to Orwell became a process whereby the excesses of the industrial world were burned up in order to maintain the status quo while keeping the populace in a constant state of fear and anxiety. “At the same time the consequences of being at war, and therefore in danger, makes the handing over of all power to a small caste seem the natural unavoidable condition of survival.” (Orwell 1949, p. 192)
This stage of warfare is immediately followed by the third and final stage of warfare in which “War is waged by each ruling group against its own subjects, and the object of war is not to make or prevent any conquests of territory, but to keep the structure of society intact (Orwell 1949, p. 199). This type of war is a propaganda war fought in the minds of the citizenry of any given country or empire and has become the modern battlefield. On this battlefield the Hegelian dialectic process is utilized by secretive shadow governments, which recruit their members out of esoteric orders such as the Skull & Bones, The Bohemian Club, The O.T.O, Rosicrucians… ad infinitum. The people we know and recognize, as our world leaders are in fact a cadre of nouveaux elite whose money stems from the cutthroat business of the industrial revolution and war profiteering. After a few generations they were allowed to breed with a few of the older lines of aristocracy in order to assure their loyalty, increase their genetic stock, and hide the names and faces of the past while bringing new faces into the fold.

As Orwell correctly pointed out “If human equality is to be forever averted –if the high, as we have called them, are to keep their places permanently –then the prevailing mental condition must be controlled insanity”(Orwell 1949, p.216). If we do not wake up a realize what is going on we can all look forward to repeating the Oceania mantra:
WAR IS PEACE
FREEDOM IS SLAVERY
IGNORANCE IS STRENGTH

We now turn our sites to a cobweb within the Skull and Bones Order itself whose spider bears the name: Harriman. It is out of this tomb and this cobweb, which crawls a family, whom “destiny” will ostensibly grant the 41st and 42nd presidencies of the United States of America.

Inside the Skull and Bones tomb there are many cobwebs spun by many spiders. The web we are interested in tracing was spun out of tomb by William Averell Harriman. It is in following this silken strand that we may find out way deeper into the labyrinth that will eventually lead us to the secret tale of the Bush family.

Averell was born in 1891, the son of Edward Harriman and Mary Averell the daughter of a railroad president and banker. Edward, a calculating cold-blooded businessman, made his own fortune through the Union Pacific Railroad, which he then proceeded to filch from. As Sutton cites:

Harriman printed securities with a nominal value of $80 million to expand capitalization of his railroads. On the other hand, Harriman neglected to acquire improvements and property for more than $18 million. In other words, $60 million of the securities was water, mostly sold through Kuhn Loeb & Co., his backers and bankers. The $60 million went into Harriman’s pocket (Sutton 2002, p. 127).

This transgression led to a conviction on charges of fraud and nearly landed Edward in prison, but as we all know justice’s scale in this county favors the weight of gold. Harriman, at the behest of President Theodore Roosevelt, greased a few palms in the republican National committee handing $250,000 over to his attorney and friend Judge Robert Scott Lovett. Thus, utilizing the tried and true limited utilitarian philosophy of “you scratch my back I will scratch yours”, Edward remained free and the Lovett family got a hand up into the eastern establishment elite as Lovett’s son Robert Abercrombie Lovett, would eventually go to Yale and be initiated as Bonesman in 1918.

It was this flavor of business young Averell would be weaned upon leading to a long life of service to the cause. Averell was married three times to woman of good stock with elite names that included the Whitneys and England’s Churchills. Among the highlights of his extensive curriculum vitae are: the Director of Guaranty Trust (which his family owned approximately %40 of the stock), the eponymous W.A. Harriman Company, Ambassador to the Soviet Union and Great Britain, Harry Truman’s Special Assistant and Secretary of commerce, U.S. NATO defense representative, Governor of the state of New York, Assistant Secretary of state for the Far East, Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs, and Chairman of the Democratic Party Foreign Policy Task Force.

Averell was tied to two financing firms that are of interest in studying how the Order of Skull & Bones do business: The Guaranty Trust Company, and W.A. Harriman and Co./Brown Brothers, Harriman. As we shall find out it is through these to firms that the order utilized an old trick (Hegelian Dialectic) to build up and fund both sides of a conflict, reap the profit, then sit back and watch the fireworks, then rush in when the people demand answers and assurances that this shall never happen again.

The Guaranty (you shouldn’t) Trust (us) Company
The Guaranty Trust Company founded, in 1864 with start up capital from the Rockefeller, Whitney, Vanderbilt and Harriman families, all of whom had scions within the Order. Since 1912 The Company has been majority controlled by the Morgan family when W. Averell Harriman’s mother, Mary Averell Harriman, sold her nearly 40% of the outstanding stock to J.P. Morgan. Regardless of the family’s divestiture W. Averell Harriman remained on the board and in 1917 became a director of the trust.

Harold Stanley (Skull & Bones 1908) became president of The Guaranty Trust Company in 1915 and remained in that post until 1921 when he became president of the trust. Stanley was president until 1928 when he left to become a partner in the firm of J.P. Morgan. Thus we have a member of the Order calling the shots at the trust, in a key time period of the 20th century which saw the rise of Adolph Hitler in Germany, and the Bolshevik revolution in Russia.

Before the Bolshevik revolution Russia had been the worlds largest producer of crude oil, yet by 1921 in the aftermath of the revolution this production had dropped precipitously. If the struggling Soviets where to retain control of their country they would need to get the oil flowing again in order to jump start their faltering economy.

A plan was forwarded by the Soviet Oil Production Trust, which called for more drills to increase production. The only problem with the plan was that the Soviets lacked the equipment to go through with the recovery project. Help for the Soviets came in the form of the International Barnsdall Corporation, a subsidiary 75% owned by Barnsdall Corporation, which was owned by none other than Guaranty Trust, Lee Higginson (represented by Fredrick Winthrop Allen, Skull & Bones 1900), and W.A. Harriman. Sutton underscores the importance of the assistance given to the Soviet Oil industry by Barnsdall by citing a U.S. State department Archive dated October 1922:

The one comparatively bright spot in Russia is the petroleum industry, and this is due largely to the fact that a number of American [Barnsdall Corporation] workers have been brought into the oil fields to superintend their operations (Sutton 2002, p. 150)

Another area where the Soviets needed assistance was in their manganese mining operations that were still operating by almost pre-industrial operations. Manganese is important in that it plays a crucial role in the manufacturing of high quality weapons grade steel, which is crucial if the world is to be manipulated into a global conflict fought with planes, tanks, and rifles. Aside from its uses in dry cell batteries and fertilizer, when alloyed with metals, manganese has a hardening effect on them, which makes this metal essential for I-beams and other construction materials, transportation, and machinery, in short the very bones of industry. Manganese is also vital to human health as it aids the body’s absorption of vitamin B1, and makes bones strong yet flexible. It is also interesting to note that a lack of manganese in animals has been shown to lead to infertility, this little bit of trivia may be of use to our race obsessed Order.

At this time Russia was producing 52 percent of the worlds supply which is important in that the US, Japan, and Western Europe (Germany) are all “nearly deficient in economically mineable manganese”(Mineral Information Institute 2003). The largest of these mines was the Chiaturi deposit in the Caucus Mountains, which accounted for approximately 76 percent of the Russian output. Evidently this wasn’t enough manganese for the war profiteers to effectively help build armies with, the whole process was in sore need of some improvement.

In order to upgrade these mines* that held the potential for major economic gains the Soviets once again looked to Harriman and the Guaranty Trust. An agreement between the Soviets and the Skull & Bones was reached on July 12th 1925, which resulted in the formation of the Harriman controlled Georgian Manganese Company that helped modernize the Chiaturi mining operations. All this occurred at a time when the United States did not sanction any commercial activity with the Soviets, which necessitated the whole, venture being carried out on the sly. Harriman knew full well that the State Department had no way of investigating offences on the other side of the world as the CIA was decades away from being conceived of by a Skull & Bones Initiate.

This was not the end to the Orders skullduggery and collusion with the Soviets. In January of 1923 The Guaranty Trust Company engaged in a joint banking venture with the Soviets establishing the Ruskombank which was seen as a “Great step forward… established in order to do something to create a new economic life in Russia.” At the time Russia was in sore need of a conduit for finances, which could regulate trade from within while being able to funnel foreign commerce. “If there is to be any business between Russia and other countries there must be a bank to handle it”(Sutton 2002, p. 157).

And handle it they did. Deftly defying U.S laws and national security interests, Averell Harriman and his Skull & Bones cronies bolstered up the infrastructure and economy of the Soviet Union. Through the International Barnsdall Corporation Harriman gave the soviets the “one bright spot” in their attempts at a Russian economic recovery. Harriman also upgraded the manganese mining operations so crucial to the build up of the global war machine through the aegis of the Georgian Manganese Company. To cap off all of these achievements the company which he sat on the board of directors with and shared ownership of Barnsdall Corporation with, Guaranty trust, then proceeded to set up a bank to finance the whole operation and to serve as the final spark to breath new life into Russia. It is no small wonder that W. Averell Harriman was later appointed Ambassador to Russia.

As Averell was busy cozying up to the nascent Soviet state, the incessant propagandizing of the U.S. media complex was readying the country for an uneasy World War II alliance and the nearly four decade cold war of nuclear brinksmanship and fear mongering which was soon to follow.

Effectively the Order through Harriman and the Guaranty Trust Company was helping to create the post World War II antithesis to the United States superpower while also creating the antithesis for Nazi Germany, which in itself was the antithesis of the U.S. And as we shall see it was another Harriman enterprise that would help keep the healthy slaves of Hitler’s Holocaust occupied while helping with the infrastructure and economy of the Third Reich.

*An interesting note to keep in mind as we sift through Prescott Bush’s and dealings with the Nazis is that the Silesian Steel Corporation would have a great need for the manganese Averell was extracting in Russia in order to upgrade Hitler’s war machine.
