here is an account of the Andaman Sea gypsies who survived the Tsunami because they saw changes in the sea, had myths which warned them, and their elders had visions that saved them.

was it there observation or the tribe leaders Vision which saved them? was the vision cause by a subconscious processing of the information...does it matter?
