With the daily media bombardment that assails us prior to this election, there is one story that has eclipsed all others; the congressional page scandal. Former Congressman Mark Foley’s lurid emails and instant messages have shocked the country into actually paying attention to politics. Unfortunately the Foley scandal appears to be nothing more then a rated G Disney production in a land of XXX rated scandals.

An investigation into one of the lesser known scandals to hit Washington in the past few years reveals a theme that runs concurrent with the first Bush administration. when one uncovers the hasty band aid applied to this festering sore one uncovers a gaping maw into the underworld of the shadowy elite.

Who is Jeff Gannon?

This is the billion dollar question which leads down the rabbit hole to a world most Americans are comfortably oblivious to. Jeff Gannon, a former Whitehouse press correspondent for Talon News Service, garnered national attention when he lobbed this Nerf ball question at President George W. Bush at a January 26th 2005 press conference:

“Senate Democratic leaders have painted a very bleak picture of the U.S. economy. (Senate Minority Leader) Harry Reid was talking about soup lines. And (Senator) Hillary Clinton was talking about the economy being on the verge of collapse. Yet in the same breath they say that Social Security is rock solid and there's no crisis there. How are you going to work – you've said you are going to reach out to these people – how are you going to work with people who seem to have divorced themselves from reality?”(Wikipedia 2006).

This sycophantic question led many in the blogosphere to question whether Gannon was a press corp. plant of the Bush White house. This led to a feeding frenzy in the blogs which unearthed some salacious revelations about Jeff Gannon’s past. The first seemingly innocuous revelation seemed to uncover a classic Karl Rove plot; Talon News Agency, which employed Gannon was little more then a “virtual news agency” and was a front for “GOPUSA.com”. According to Media Matters for America; “Talon News apparently consist of little more than (Robert) Erberle, (Jeff) Gannon, and a few volunteers, and is virtually indistinguishable from GOPUSA.com.”(Wikipedia 2006) In other words Gannon was in the very least a GOP plant in the pressroom intended to give the president a respite from all the other softballs usually lobbed his way.

If the matter had stood at that it would have been embarrassing enough for the Bush Whitehouse. However it would soon be unearthed that, aside from being a “journalist” with little more credentials then a 50$ weekend seminar Jeff Gannon was in all actuality James Dale Guckert. It turns out that Gannon/Guckert had omitted his previous occupation when he applied for his hundreds of day passes to the white house. In certain circles Gannon was known as “Bulldog” and was the registered owner of the domain names “hotmilitarystud.com” and “Militaryescorts4m.com”. On these websites Gannon offers full nude pictures of himself and, according to Washington Times reporter Howard Kurtz:

“In one of the Web sites …Gannon was offering his escort services for $200 an hour, or $1,200 a weekend. Another describes him as "military, muscular, masculine and discrete [sic]" and provides an America Online e-mail address that matches the initials on a logo used by Gannon on several of the sites.”(Kurtz 2005)

According to Freedom of Information Act requests, during his time as a “press correspondent” Gannon was recorded as having visited the White house 210 times. Of those 210 times 155 of them were for press briefings. (Leupp, 2005) This leaves 55 visits which were ostensibly outside the raison d’etere of his press pass. The Secret Services records paint a suspicious picture. There are days Gannon would check in multiple times, after hours, or not check out at all indicating a “sleepover”. This in and of itself may not be a cause for concern, if for example, Gannon were a major contributor the Bush war chest a nights stay in the white house would be expected of this administration. However given Gannon’s history as a male prostitute and lack of credentials it is not unreasonable to suspect that something much more salacious was afoot on these overnight stays. This raises a very germane issue; If Gannon was charging 200$ an hour for his extra curricular activities in the White House, who was footing the bill? Rove, McClelland,…The President himself. Or was it the CIA?

As it turns out we have to go back in time to Poppy Bush’s administration to get a feel for what’s really going on here.

Who was Craig J. Spence?

Spence, a onetime ABC correspondent in Vietnam and Reagan era lobbyist, remains something of an enigma to this day. Mr. Spence rose to power through his lavish parties which included such notable celebrities such as; Ted Koppel, William Sapphire, James Lilly, Sen. John Glen and former CIA director William Casey. Spence once “boasted that he had ‘created’ important Japanese politicians, conducted covert operations for Central American governments and traveled in a circle of high-ranking closet homosexuals in Washington” (Seper August 9th 1989). Dressed in a flamboyant Edwardian style of dress which was his trademark, Spence worked for Japanese interests quickly becoming a super lobbyist long before anyone had uttered the name of Jack Abramoff.

In 1989 it all began to come unraveled for Mr. Spence when the underbelly of his glamour was exposed. “The Secret Service was the lead agency in a Feb. 28 raid on a house on 34th Place NW used by a Homosexual prostitution ring, a ring with which Mr. Spence spent up to $20,000 a month, according to call boys, his friends and documents obtained by The Times”(Seper July 10th 1989). It turns out that Spence arranged at least 4 secret late night tours of the Whitehouse for a few of these prostitutes including a 15 year old prostitute who he identified as his “son”.

Spence’s $20,000 a month bill wasn’t simply for personal pleasure, but rather for business purposes. During his infamous parties the Lobbyist would attempt to gather blackmail material on guests by providing them with any manner of illicit perversion that was to their liking and photographing and recording them through a system of bugs, video cameras and two way mirrors. This practice is a tried and true method of gaining leverage on powerful members of society honed to an art form by those in the intelligence cabals. In fact:

“Mr. Spence told several friends that the call-boy operation was being investigated by the U.S. Attorney’s Office and other federal authorities as a possible CIA front. He told the friends that the CIA used the service to compromise other federal intelligence officials and foreign diplomats. One friend quoted him as saying, ‘Casey’s boys are out to get me,’ an apparent reference to former CIA Director William Casey, now deceased. Mr. Casey and Mr. Spence were friends, and the former CIA director attended parties hosted by the former lobbyist” (Seper Nov. 13th 1989).

One if the prostitutes that was involved with this ring, Stephen L. Gobie had been involved with openly gay Republican Congressman Barney Franks whom Gobie had nicknamed Sweet-n-Low, as he was his sugar daddy who always seemed to be low on cash. Gobie, who had turned entrepreneurial after a few bad run-ins with his pimps, was apparently running his own prostitution Ring out of Franks’ Capitol Hill apartment. Franks obviously denied any knowledge of this activity but admitted to paying for his first few sexual encounters with Gobie before the client relationship flourished into a romantic one. Gobie was interviewed as to his connection with Spence and corroborated many of the admitted CIA agent/lobbyists admissions;

“Gobie…confirmed many of the things others had said about the lobbyist with ties to the upper echelons of the Reagan administration. He said Mr. Spence tried to recruit him to help “in a sordid scheme to blackmail the powerful politicians invited to his lavish parties.’”
Gobie also said he “sexually serviced” Mr. Spence for money three times and, according to the magazine, ‘watched [the lobbyist] snort cocaine and then do sit-ups as he hung upside down, half naked, in gravity boots’”

According to Gobie, Mr. Spence told him, “Do you know what kind of power you can have over people If you’ve got something on them?....I need boys and girls for people in government and high-level businessmen for my parties, for individuals, for whatever comes up.”

The Magazine quoted Gobie as saying Mr Spence was “the most dangerous man I’d ever met. If he hadn’t turned into such a crackhead, he could have blackmailed half this town. He used to say, ‘Hey, foreign intelligence agencies are doing it”” (Rodriguez, Feb 2nd 1990)


So here we have a super lobbyist running underage male prostitutes through the first Bush Whitehouse while conducting espionage on the CIA’s dime. As is well known “Poppy” George Herbert Walker Bush was once the head of the agency. What is little known is that when his father’s company (Brown Brothers Harriman) was in trouble with the government for trading with the Nazis after World War II, his lawyer was none other then John Foster Dulles, the brother of the very first head of the CIA Allen Dulles. This is not the only connection of the Bush clan to the CIA.

Robert A. Lovett an assistant secretary of War for Air and partner at Brown Brothers Harriman was a close associate of the Bush Junta. Both Prescott Bush (W’s Grandfather) and Lovett were members of the shadowy Yale secret society Skull & Bones who’s initiates swear oaths of fidelity that trump all other previous and subsequent oaths. In 1945 Lovett headed a committee, which was ostensibly created as a think tank aimed at the reorganization of the post war intelligence agencies. The resulting recommendations of this committee led to the cessation of the Office of Strategic Services (OSS) and the creation of the CIA, an agency independent of public or military oversight whose supposed mission was foreign espionage.

Is it a simple coincidence that an avowed CIA agent is bringing in 15 year old male prostitutes into the first Bush Whitehouse for a supposed “tour”? Or was he just following orders like those on trial at Nuremburg where our presidents Grandfather should have also stood trial. Unfortunately this is just the public scab on a cancerous festering wound that has eroded our democracy. (Haynes 2006)
Spence said it best himself; “‘All this stuff you’ve uncovered (involving call boys, bribery and the White house tours), to be honest with you, is insignificant compared to other things I’ve done. But I’m not going to tell you those things, and somehow the world will carry on’”(Seper Nov. 13th 1989) The world did carry on when Craig J. Spence was found dead in his hotel room next to a letter of resignation which read “Chief consider this my resignation, effective immediately. As you always said, you can’t ask others to make a sacrifice if you are not ready to do the same. Life is duty. God Bless America” (Hedges Nov 13th 1989).
Unbeknownst to Spence the world would go on, but his secrets would not remain in the dark. A raid on a credit union during the savings and loan crisis would lead to another Republican star throwing parties featuring underage Male prostitutes with famous guest lists that included none other then George Herbert Walker Bush. The world was about to get a glimpse of those infamous republican “family values”

Whatever Happened to Larry King?

November 4th 1988. Federal Agencies raid Omaha Nebraska’s Franklin Community Federal Credit Union.

“At the time of the raid, the Franklin Credit Union listed $2 million in deposits, of which $1.2 million was in certificates of deposit. Yet within a week of the doors being padlocked, claims were filed for $15 million in CD’s. Ultimately, close to $40 million was determined to be missing from this credit union that claimed to have a scant $2.6 million in total assets. The obligation was listed on a second, secret set of books. (DeCamp 2005, pp.53)

The tragedy that this bust would unearth had repercussions far beyond the dream shattering thievery of the African American neighborhoods life savings. This event would literally open up the gates of Hell.

The credit unions director was a rising star in the Republican Party. Laurence King (AKA Larry), a prominent black man, was a rain maker in Nebraska, throwing elaborate fundraising galas for republican heavy hitters all the way up the food chain to President George Herbert Walker Bush. King had been soaring due to his connections and was even invited to sing the national anthem at the GOP National Convention in 1984 and 1988, after which he threw an opulent party on the set of Dynasty. For years King had been living far beyond his means traveling in private jets, driving luxury cars, owning a quarter million dollar house while maintaining the $5000 a month rent on a penthouse in Washington DC, all on his $17,000 salary from the Credit Union.

This stellar rise was partially due to the fact that; “there were indications that King was involved in guns and money transfers into Nicaragua, of involvement by the CIA, and Possibly ‘a White House connection.’ There appeared to be ‘some type of connection between the money missing [from Franklin], the crisis in the Savings and Loans, and the funneling of money to Hati and Nicaragua.’” (DeCamp 2005, pp.59)

This connection between the first Bush White House and laundered money to the Contra’s makes sense as the CIA could arguably be called a family business for the Bush family. However salient and copious the information is on this subject it is tangential to the issues at hand namely; prostitution, blackmail, and pedophilia.

July 10th 1990 Gary Caradori, who had been appointed as investigator in the incident by the Franklin committee after a spate of resignations due to the cover-up of child abuse allegations, went down to Chicago to meet with photographer Russel “Rusty” Nelson who claimed to have hard evidence of this child abuse. “Rusty had been Larry King’s personal photographer for years, and had taken hundreds of photographs at various functions hosted by Larry King. While in Chicago Caradori met Rusty, Rusty gave Caradori photos from some of King’s “sex” parties. The photos were the insurance Caradori had been in search of. After meeting with Rusty, Caradori contacted his home office, informing the office he now had the smoking gun to his investigation.” (Franklincase.org 2006)

July 11th, 1990 approximately 2:30 a.m. A farmer near Aurora Illinois reports “a huge flash of light, heard an explosion, and saw a plane plunge to the ground.” In the crash the investigator of the Franklin scandal, Gary Caradori and his son died after having their house broken into and there phone tapped. “From late 1988, when the Franklin case first broke into public view, until mid-1991, at least 15 people associated with the case as investigators, alleged perpetrators, or potential witnesses, died sudden deaths, many of them violent.”(DeCamp 2005, pp.4)

What Caradori had uncovered which had cost him his life was evidence that proved the existence of a vast pedophilic prostitution ring run by Laurence King which had intimate ties to the CIA and the Republican Party.

January 18th 1990. 16 year Nebraska State Senator John DeCamp releases the infamous DeCamp Memo in which he named for the first time the alleged high ranking abusers in the ring including The former publisher of the Omaha World Herald, Harold Andersen, former Omaha police Chief Robert Wadman, the Heir to the Brandeis department store chain multimillionaire businessman Alan Baer, Peter Citron a Columnist for the Omaha World Herald, and last but not least Larry King.

What had started out as a simple financial investigation had quickly blossomed onto a scandal that threatened to reach all the way to the top of the elite political pyramid. Luckily for the perpetrators they had the police chief who was conducting the investigation, the media, the business community and several judges on their side as key players in the pedophile ring. It came as no surprise that when the grand jury released its report two and a half years after Franklin was closed its conclusion was that the entire case was in fact a “carefully crafted hoax”. After this pronouncement, the powers that be turned around and went after the key witnesses/victims, Alisha Owen and Paul Bonacci charging them with perjury and leveling harsh jail sentences in order to send a message to anyone who dares to speak the truth.

After the dusts had settled a type of justice was meted out while the whole incident had been carefully consigned to the mystical doublethink realm of “conspiracy.” Alan Baer was eventually found guild of pandering, for his repeated pedophilic prostitution proclivities while Peter Citroen was found guilty of child sexual abuse. Laurence King eventually plea bargained his way down 15 years in prison on charges of defrauding his investors.

February 1991; DeCamp filed a $110 Million dollar Civil Rights suit for Paul Bonacci against (amongst others) Laurence King, Peter Citroen, the Catholic Archdiocese of Omaha, Alan Baer, Harold Anderson, and Robert Wadman. Eight years later Bonacci was vindicated and he was awarded a million dollars for the atrocities perpetrated on him. In other words, like OJ Simpson, wealth wins out over justice….however a brief glimmer of truth wins out in the civil suit.

Alisha Owen along with others finally recanted their story under the weight of numerous death threats (many of whom recanted their recantation later when the heat was off). The witnesses had good reason to withdraw their testimony. Troy Boner one of the first to back down eventually met a suspicious end. “After running into a New Mexico hospital in 2003, waving the Franklin Cover-Up book, and screaming that they were out to get him because of the book, Boner was sedated. The next day when hospital workers went to check on Boner he was found dead. The death was never publicly investigated, and remains a mystery.” (Franklincase.org 2006)

Paul Bonacci who stuck to his guns was finally vindicated in a court of law. It is important to note that due to his horrific childhood Paul Bonacci’s personality split into multiples, which many would argue is the point of the abuse. Various CIA programs projects such as; ARTICHOKE, MONARCH, BLUEBIRD and the infamous MK-ULTRA were carried out in order to create multiples in order to create the perfect spy. “Through Paul’s abuse and trauma he had developed multiple personality disorder. One of Paul’s personalities used his mind as if it were a computer, storing information: names, dates, and places. Paul’s ability to remember exact places, dates, and names helped Caradori corroborate much of Alisha, Troy, and Danny’s testimonies.”(Franklincase.org 2006)

Aside from his photographic memory Bonacci also kept a diary. Half of these entries are entered through another personality with a unique handwriting style. This diary has been forensically tested and the ink has been proven to be aged to the time these events occurred. Paul could not have known some of these things had he not witnessed them. And luckily for us but horrifically painful to him is the little known fact that one a multiple is created it is endowed with a picture perfect memory and enhanced bodily kinesthetic reflexes. Thus this journal proved the glue that holds all the witnesses (who later recanted in fear) testimonies together.

The story that this diary tells, which has been corroborated and earned him a 1$ million dollar suit, is something from Hell. Paul and others stories paint a picture of an underworld of sex trafficking in missing and exploited children who doubled as drug mules. As if this weren’t bad enough, the people in charge of this ring are all powerful politicians, businessmen and entertainers; in short the elite. Larry King was a Republican star before his downfall, and it was due mainly for the parties he threw (and his CIA money laundering), which like Craig Spence were Blackmail fodder for the CIA or parties for people so powerful they were above all laws of man and morality. Interestingly enough it turns out that Spence and King were in fact business partners in this enterprise, DeCamp reports;

According to a Washington, D.C. investigative journalist who researched the Spence ring, “The way we discovered Larry King and this Nebraska-based call boy ring, was by looking through the credit card chits of Spence’s ring, where we found King’s name.” Another investigator with personal knowledge of the call-boy ring operating in Washington, put it this way; “Larry King and Craig Spence were business partners. Look at two companies. ‘Dream Boys’ and ‘Man to Man,’ both of which operated under another service, ‘Bodies by God.’”

As we have seen Spence was carting some of these boys into the first Bush White House after hours. When one steps back and looks at all of these puzzle pieces from afar we see a very nefarious plot. Larry King using missing and exploited children flies underage boys and girls to Washington for Craig Spence to garner blackmail evidence and supply his loyal powerful political clientele. In the past few weeks we have witnessed the downfall and the disgrace of Republican Congressman Mark Foley. Aside from a unique incident when taken as a whole (Gannon, the Franklin scandal, and Spence), we see that these politicians really do act above the law. Republicans have long prattled on about JFK’s dalliances. Why is everyone now so quiet about both Bush Whitehouse’s having gay prostitutes routinely given overnight “tours”? If nothing else the sheer hypocrisy of treating homosexuals as demi-humans while carting them in for overnight dalliances and having them forcibly closeted in your rank in file is abhorrent. If you think that our fair president has nothing to do with this...think again

As DeCamp explains;
“Paul was taken by Larry King and others to a wooded area in California- identified after publication as the Bohemian Grove. There Paul and another boy were forced to do sex acts with and consume parts of a child whom they watched being murdered by cultists.”(DeCamp 2005, pp. 326-325)

This story recounted by DeCamp from Bonacci’s testimony and diary links this ring with a place long rumored to be a hotspot for Sexual Deviance; Bohemian Grove. Both of our presidents Bush and Reagan were and are members of this illustrious “Summer Camp” where they don robes and sacrifice a human “effigy” to a 45 foot tall stone owl name Moloch. (Haynes II, 2006). Bonacci’s legally upheld testimony begs the question; is it really only an effigy they sacrifice every year?

Just WHO is Jeff Gannon???

Another sad break has come in the Jeff Gannon story as of late. It turns out that Paul Bonacci has admitted to participating in the abduction of 12 year old paperboy Johnny Gosch in Iowa on September 5th 1982. “Bonacci told DeCamp that he personally participated in Gosch’s abduction.”(Rood 2006). Bonacci has also claimed that Gosch is none other then Jeff Gannon! Now recall that; “Psychiatric professionals specified in Paul Bonacci’s legal proceedings that through it all, Paul’s different “personalities” have emerged incapable of lying, with an ultra sharp memory.”(DeCamp 2005 pp.326) Various bloggers have noted that Gannon sports a birthmark that is identical to one purportedly on Gosch, and Noreen Gosch, Johnny’s mother, has even attempted to have Gannon submit to a blood test which he has backed out of at the last minute.

One final thread in this web is that in September of this year someone anonymously placed photographs that show Johnny Gosch bound and gagged wearing the sweatpants he was abducted in, along with numerous other boys! Who is kidnapping these boys? A coincidence may just point to an answer “Noreen Gosch says that on one recent evening her Web site, www.johnnygosch.com had more than 50 hits that cam from within a 10 mile radius of Bohemian Grove.” (Schmidt 2005)

Sadly this article is just a primer to get people aware of the horrors that exist outside of lascivious emails, and petty money laundering. This rabbit hole goes further down then I am able to write for a wider audience’s consumption. An intrepid researcher will soon find themselves in a world they never imagined, and unfortunately unless you are a victim of MU-ULTRA you can never hope to erase the indelible mar on humanities soul from your memory.

In closing a question should be asked of all media; why have they fixated the nation on dirty emails from a congressman when prostitutes are sleeping over in the Whitehouse and people are placing sex trafficking photographs of missing children on there mothers doorsteps while threatening her life repeatedly?
